My goal is to help you along your journey to becoming your best, and truest self.

 

After graduating with my bachelor’s degree from Wilmington University, I began working on my master’s degree in Licensed Clinical Social Work at Delaware State University.  I hope to apply my firsthand knowledge and education to help all women tackle the unique challenges that arise at different life stages. From adjusting to motherhood, managing perinatal mood disorders, and addressing postpartum anxiety to providing breastfeeding support and addressing general women's mental health concerns, I bring a compassionate and evidence-based approach to each session.

 

Drawing from my own experience as a mother, I understand the intricacies of maintaining a work/life balance after welcoming a new baby.
