Caitlin is a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes the relationship between client and counselor is the number one priority throughout the counseling process. Each individual therapeutic relationship is valued, and the challenges and various emotions experienced by clients in counseling are met with support and empathy. Caitlin approaches counseling with the belief that each individual has the ability to overcome struggles but that sometimes having additional support in the form of counseling can help one to identify coping mechanisms. These skills can then be used to bolster one’s inherent strength and work through challenges to achieve a happier, healthier well-being.
Caitlin’s approach to counseling is client-centered and combines strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused modalities to help individuals achieve their therapeutic goals.
