Caitlin is a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes the relationship between client and counselor is the number one priority throughout the counseling process. Each individual therapeutic relationship is valued, and the challenges and various emotions experienced by clients in counseling are met with support and empathy. Caitlin approaches counseling with the belief that each individual has the ability to overcome struggles but that sometimes having additional support in the form of counseling can help one to identify coping mechanisms. These skills can then be used to bolster one’s inherent strength and work through challenges to achieve a happier, healthier well-being.

Caitlin’s approach to counseling is client-centered and combines strength-based, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused modalities to help individuals achieve their therapeutic goals. Working collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths and tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet each individuals’ specific needs are primary focuses throughout the counseling process.

Caitlin earned her Bachelor’s Degree from The College of New Jersey and earned her Master’s Degree from LaSalle University. Caitlin is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health as well as a National Board Certified Counselor. Caitlin serves adolescents, and adults who are struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress management, life transitions, and self-esteem as well as providing support and guidance to parents of children and adolescents.
