Join Certified Grief Educator, Crystal Dalton, as she aims to provide a safe space to process your grief without judgment or expectation to "get over it". No matter how long it has been since you've experienced your loss (es) and no matter what kind of loss (es) you are living with, this group is for you. Crystal welcomes you exactly as you are. 

While society at large may have expectations about when you should be "over it" when it comes to grief and loss, Crystal understands that grief is a life-long journey that fluctuates over time. It is Crystal's mission to change the narrative around grief and continue to create space and as much time as anyone needs to heal. 

Inspired to pursue grief work by the loss of her own mother, Crystal is not only well trained, but she also understands grief on a personal level. She also respects that everyone's grief journey looks different, and grieving is a deeply personal experience unique to each individual. 

Crystal draws on Bessel Vanderkolk's research of how trauma is stored in the body as well as Tracee Stanley's work on how "your issues are in your tissues." With that, each Grief Healing Circle will include gentle movement to aid the physical processing of your grief. 

Crystal Dalton has spent the majority of her professional career supporting folks in various stages in their grief journey. Crystal has worked with sexual assault + intimate partner violence survivors, victims of crimes, people coping with traumatic loss of a loved one, people living with HIV and AIDS, and more. 

Crystal is also available for 1:1 Grief Education & Support Sessions that are tailored to your specific needs.
