Grief Healing Circle at Shakti Yoga in Dover, DE

Join Certified Grief Educator + Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor Crystal Dalton for this sacred 2-hour grief healing circle at Shakti Yoga Tribe. Allow yourself to be welcomed into this safe and healing space where your grief will be witnessed, validated and supported. Through gentle movement, guided meditation, journaling, and open discussion, we will honor our grief and hold space for each other. Please bring a journal/notebook, something to write with and anything else that is comforting to you (a blanket, pillow, something that reminds you of your loved one, etc.).

While society at large may have expectations about when you should be "over it" when it comes to grief and loss, Crystal understands that grief is a life-long journey that fluctuates over time. It is Crystal's mission to change the narrative around grief and continue to create space and as much time as anyone needs to heal.
