About the event
Caitlin Adair, a licensed mental health professional, creates space for teens to normalize stressors teens experience daily, get peer feedback and support, receive tangible takeaways to use in everyday life, and to develop a greater knowledge and understanding of healthy ways to foster a greater sense of wellbeing.
