MOMS GROUPS + COMMUNITY CONNECTION

Nicole Dougherty

Nicole Dougherty

Trainer Mommy, LLC

Through another amazing partnership with Nicole Dougherty of Trainer Mommy, we are able to offer in-person moms groups at our holistic healing space, The Healing Cottage, in Middletown. Nicole offers a *FREE* Coffee + Conversation Mamas Circle every 3rd Thursday of the month at 9 AM. Mamas and kiddos of all ages are welcome in this cozy space.

Nicole also offers an in-person 4th Trimester Moms Group for mothers who are around 0-4 months postpartum. This group meets every Thursday at 10 AM at The Healing Cottage, and is for moms of newborns to come together for conversation and connection. Each class  begins with a discussion (different topics covered each week), followed by some gentle movement / mindfulness exercises, and concludes with strategies and journaling prompts that you can take home with you.

Nicole is passionate about supporting mothers and creating a safe, judgment-free space to navigate any stage of motherhood. She also regularly helps to empower women through her health + fitness coaching and training.

Nicole welcomes all moms exactly as you are ♥
