I am a licensed professional counselor with over 5 years of experience serving diverse populations. I believe every individual has within themselves the capacity to create change in their lives. With skilled guidance and a compassionate approach, I can assist you in developing the tools and insights towards your goals. Leading with empathy, I work to create a safe and collaborative environment for my clients to lay the groundwork for trusting relationships. As an advocate, my goal is for individuals to feel seen and empowered to be leaders of their journey.

I am a mother, Black woman, and queer therapist who is passionate about centering community. I have experience with racially and culturally diverse populations. I completed my studies at the University of Delaware before earning my master's degree in Professional Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania. Currently, I serve women of color and clients with maternal mental health needs.

Since becoming a mother during the pandemic, my experiences revealed to me the realities of motherhood and how important it is to uplift and help mothers heal. I understand the daily struggles that can weigh on our mental capabilities, often showing up negatively in other areas of our lives.
