Service Description

Join us for a judgment-free, supportive six-week mom's group designed for mothers navigating post-baby life. Each week, we explore essential topics such as emotional care, relationships, self-care, newborn care, and the sharing of birth stories. (see full list of schedule and topics below). Connect with fellow moms while enhancing your maternal mental health and wellness in a nurturing environment. This group is open to brand new mamas, or mamas who have had multiple births.
